Brittany Mahomes is not a favorite amongst NFL fans, but the haters took a massive loss with a new video of Taylor Swift at Thursday Night football last week. If one of the world’s biggest superstars is in her corner, then it is hard to argue that she is as miserable as people say.
From an outsider’s perspective, Mahomes seems to be someone who wants the spotlight on her, and only on her. That may or may not be true, because I don’t know Patrick Mahomes’ wife on a personal level at all whatsoever, but it often comes across that way.
Thus, when Swift attended her first Chiefs game on Oct. 1, people were quick to make jokes about how Mahomes would go out of her way to reclaim the attention. However, the two apparently hit it off and Mahomes was later invited to attend “girls night out” with Sophie Turner and Blake Lively in NYC.
One night later, Mahomes did not appear to enjoy her chicken tenders while sitting away from Swift at the Jets game in New Jersey. Another out-of-context clip then went viral and people took it as though she got bodied by Swift.
People were quick to jump all over Mahomes. Haters said that Swift didn’t like her.
Unfortunately, that narrative is completely shattered after Thursday night in Kansas City. They were all over each other throughout the game and seem to be great friends.
A new video from the suite next to Swift and company at Thursday’s game surfaced after the weekend. It only furthers the positive narrative in favor of Mahomes, who now has Swifties on her side.
Is it possible that this is all for public relations? Absolutely. Is it? Probably not.
Sorry, haters. It appears as though Taylor Swift loves Brittany Mahomes. And whether you personally like her or not, that’s a big win for Patrick’s wife and a big loss for those who are not a fan.
