The Bills Mafia is one of the most famous fanbases in America. They party hard, travel well, put their pants on one leg at a time, and then jump through tables.

On November 20th, the Bills Mafia were deprived of a precious home game. This happened when the city of Buffalo got hit with 7 feet of lake-effect snow and the Bills vs. Browns game was moved to Detroit.

Everyone saw news and videos of this jaw-dropping storm. And while all of that was going on the Bills Mafia were mobilizing to dig Buffalo Bills players out of the snow so they could make it to Detroit for the game.

The Buffalo Bills just posted this behind-the-scenes footage of how the team and Bills Mafia all mobilized and worked together to get the team to Detroit. It really is astonishing to see everyone come together like this:

The Buffalo Bills went on to beat the Cleveland Browns 31-23 in Detroit. Jacoby Brissett actually had a stellar day for Cleveland. He threw for 324 yards and 3 touchdowns (0 INTs). Josh Allen had a relatively pedestrian day in comparison, throwing for 197 yards and 1 TD (0 INTs). But the Bills’ kicker came up huge, accounting for 19 of Buffalo’s points.

I’m trying to envision a world where my fellow Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans had to mobilize to get the team to a game. All I can think about is some sort of historic flooding event and everyone showing up with boats.

Without thinking too hard about this, NFL fanbases I can see responding as the Bills Mafia did are the Detroit Lions,, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Philadelphia Eagles’ fanbases. I’m sure there are people reading this with a hero complex thinking ‘GIVE ME THE CHANCE’ to get out there and prove themselves by digging their players out of a natural catastrophe. But you didn’t make the shortlist that I put virtually zero thought into.
