NFL teams and fans react one of two ways when their schedule for the next season is released, they either love it or they absolutely hate it. If you’re the Buffalo Bills, you have to love your 2022 slate.

Bills fans may disagree with that statement given the team has to go on the road and play the Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, and Baltimore Ravens with a Monday night game against the Tennessee Titans squeezed in there in the first four weeks of the season, but overall, Buffalo has a distinct advantage over their opponents.

According to ESPN’s Seth Walder, the Bills have the best net rest differential relative to their opponents out of every team in the league. The Bills will get 13 day more rest than the teams they’ll face off against this season.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Green Bay Packers have the worst net rest differential in the league as they’ll get 13 fewer days of rest than their opponents.

The Bills will certainly take more rest than their opponents given how grueling the NFL season is.

Last season, the Cincinnati Bengals had the second-best net rest differential while the Rams had the fifth-best differential. Rest obviously wasn’t the only reason those two teams made it to the Super Bowl a year ago, but it certainly didn’t hurt their causes either.
