Connecticut Prep School Football Team Pulls Off A Last Minute Win With INCREDIBLE Trick Play

Apparently our coverage o fConnecticut prep school sports highlights hasn’t gone unnoticed up in The Nutmeg State. The latest one to fall on our radar is this game-winning touchdown from the Brunswick School in Greenwich, CT during a under-the-lights battle against the Salisbury School, a New England prep school powerhouse. Down one late in the fourth quarter, some serious magic transpired on the last play of the game. Here’s the call, via the YouTub commenter:

The winning drive begins on the Brunswick 4 yard line with no timeouts
Brunswick has the ball at the 50 yard line, first and 10 before the amazing play
There is only 23 seconds to play in the game.
The play that wins the game then takes place for a huge Brunswick win capping a 96 yard drive
The win improves Brunswick record to 4-1 and keeps the team in contention for a return trip to the New England Championship
The post game comments on the play by Coach Shine are special and sincere!

Apparently the player to pull off this triller is senior wide-reciever Malik Wilder, who has a pretty stacked resume for college ball. The coach’s comments at the end of the video are especially great:
