Conor McGregor’s return to the UFC is highly anticipated despite not being ranked in any weight class. Now, it sounds like his plans are finally set.

With the UFC searching for coaches for its next season of The Ultimate Fighter, it sounds like McGregor is making a return to the popular show.

According to Severe MMA, Conor McGregor is officially going to be one of the coaches featured on The Ultimate Fighter. The UFC star reacted to becoming one of the coaches, stating, “I like it, full immersion is what is needed.”

For now, it’s unclear who the other coach will be. However, there are rumors it will be Tony Ferguson. Mainly due to the fact that “El Cucuy” revealed the organization asked him to be one of the coaches. We could only imagine what kind of trash talk he and Conor McGregor could get into on the show.

Although that’s true, the UFC has yet to make that announcement official. In the end, Conor McGregor is going to coach the 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter. Based on that, it’s likely that this upcoming season becomes one of the most watched in recent years. Especially if it means we get a possible McGregor-Ferguson matchup at the end of it

With that said, keep your eyes peeled for any more updates regarding the show. Whoever agrees to coach as well will likely be Conor McGregor’s next opponent.
