Poor DeAndre Jordan Is Getting Roasted On Twitter Over Chris Paul Bailing For Houston

Earlier today, the Clippers signed-and-traded Chris Paul to the Rockets to receive Patrick Beverley, Sam Dekker, Lou Williams, and a protected 2018 first-round pick. Paul will now be eligible to sign a five-year, $205 million maximum extension with the Rockets and share a back court with NBA MVP runner-up James Harden. Life is good for Chris Paul.

And, with Blake Griffin entering free agency, DeAndre Jordan may be the only star standing. Oh the irony. We are just two years removed from Jordan reneging on a four-year, $80 million max deal with the Mavericks after Chris Paul and Blake Griffin literally went to his home and begged him to stick around. Now, the Clippers are aligning for the future and the chances of the Clippers making the playoffs next year hovers around 25%, a 50% drop from its chances last season.

Twitter was absolutely brutal to DeAndre over his buddy (possibly *buddies) bailing.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
