Deion Sanders appears to be enjoying himself during his first Signing Day at Colorado. The head coach has posted a plethora of photos and video clips to give fans an inside look at what takes place behind the scenes.

Sanders arrived in Boulder just a few short weeks ago. He’s had little time to secure high-profile commitments, but that hasn’t stopped him from explaining his recruiting vision to the team and staff.

Coach Prime says he plans to bring many of his own players with him, while telling a number of current Colorado players to hit the transfer portal. He’s planning on an immediate upgrade to a roster that won just one game last season.

The first step in that process came Wednesday as the Early Signing Period kicked off. And he’s clearly ready to make some noise.

Deion Sanders posted a clip of him gearing up for NSD with the rest of the Buffaloes’ coaching staff. Prime is seen dancing, looking loose ahead of a massive recruiting week while sending out the “Signing Day Vibes” as only he can.

Sanders praised his new staff in that post, saying that everyone in the room will “coach and develop [incoming recruits] with passion and purpose.” He then went on to post a few images of the staff’s preparations for the signing period before sending a message to the rest of college football.

Coach Prime’s Instagram story showed photos of his coaches coming together as they await announcements from prospects. He also posted a photo showing an overview of the Folsom Field with the quote, “We Comin’.” Sanders tagged the Colorado football team in the post.

Colorado’s current class ranks 56th in the nation according to On3 Sports. The cycle has one four-star player in running back Dylan Edwards, along with 15 three-star prospects and a handful of transfers from the likes of Clemson, Cal, and West Virginia.

While Sanders will continue to accept signings this week, it won’t be the last we hear from Deion on the recruiting front. There will also be a February signing period, which should include both of his sons. Shedeur figures to be the starting quarterback while Shilo will make an impact in the secondary after spending time at both South Carolina and Jackson State.

Travis Hunter could also be in the mix, and he’s currently rated as the top transfer in the portal. This class will only improve as the offseason progresses.
