How much money do you have in your bank account right this second?
If you’re not in the red, keep reading. If you are in the red, I’ve been there–weather the storm until your next paycheck (ProTip: overdraft fees are negotiable. Just look and sound sad when talking to your banking representative.)
Anyway, DraftKings is rolling out a very enticing NFL week one contest where $1,000,000 is up for grabs. The first place winner takes home $100,000 and the top 84,950 finishers win money GUARANTEED. Absolute no brainer.
With the exception of Rebecca Martinson, who I’m not confident can distinguish a football from a rugby ball, the entire BroBible editorial staff has taken the 10 minutes and shelled out the $3 to enter (it’s $3 for returning DraftKings players, and FREE for first time users).
As I was writing this, Brandon Wenerd, our senior editor, just exclaimed “I’m balls deep in DraftKings right now.”
I entered 15 fantasy football contests today with 8 teams. This is not a cry for help, promise.

Brandon is supposed to be blogging. Bad Brandon.
Upon entry into the contest, GM’s enter into a salary cap draft, and are allotted $50,000 to select 9 spots–8 players and one team defense.
The roster format is as follows: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex and 1 Defense.
Or don’t. Better chances for the BroBible team to win cash and buy a mini pony for the office.
