Drake is not one to shy away from talking shit to some of the largest humans walking the planet and that’s exactly what he did on Monday night when Joel Embiid was held scoreless in Toronto against the Raptors.

The Raptors and 76ers, of course, have a history with one another after Toronto eliminated Philly from the Eastern Conference Semifinals a year ago. It’s sort of a perfect rivalry in the making both due to the product on the court and off the court with superstar fans Drake in Toronto and Meek Mill in Philadelphia.

Drake, who was sitting courtside with his massive championship ring, and the Raptors got the upper-hand on Monday night with Toronto earning a 101-96 win. The Raptors jumped the Sixers in the standings with the win, but that wasn’t the story of the night thanks to Drake calling out Embiid at the end of the game.

It was the first time in his career that Embiid was held off the scoresheet, so Drake had no choice other than to call him out. Would he be talking like that if it were just those two alone in the building? Doubtful, but Drake knows when to pick his moments.

I did do some digging though and it turns out Drake was also held scoreless in the game. In fact, he didn’t play one minute nor get up a single shot, but that’s neither here nor there I guess.
