The Seattle Seahawks engineered an epic 92-yard touchdown drive to beat the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football. A few notable offensive players made their presence known in the final moments.

One is a league superstar while the other came in the form of a reserve quarterback.

Trailing 17-13 with less than two minutes to go in the game, Seattle took over inside their own 10-yard line. With no timeouts, the situation looked bleak.

Cue DK Metcalf.

The wideout completely took over on the final drive, reeling in three catches for 58 yards to single-handedly move the offense down the field.

Each of those three receptions resulted in first downs, including a 34-yarder on a third-and-10 to move the Seahawks into Eagles territory.

Metcalf finished the game with a team-leading 78 receiving yards.

Metcalf helped guide the offense down the field, but it was a perfect throw from backup quarterback Drew Lock that clinched the 20-17 win.

Finding rookie Jaxon Smith-Njigba in the endzone, Lock completed a 29-yard pass on third-and-10 to give Seattle its first lead of the game.

Lock, who wasn’t even sure he was starting the contest, was ecstatic.

Lock was making just his second start of the year. That decision came despite Geno Smith being active for the Monday night matchup.

After the game, he was emotional about the comeback.

“Amazing won’t do it justice,” Lock responded when asked his thoughts on the win. “It takes a special group to rally around a guy that’s coming into his second game of the year… It’s been a long time… I found out when we got here that I was getting the nod.

“You sit there, you watch games, you wonder, ‘Can I do this still?’ I haven’t been out there on the field. That’s the human nature of it. You go back out there… You realize, ‘I’m the man still, I can go do this…’ It feels good.”

With the win, Seattle improved to 7-7 to stay in the playoff hunt. Philadelphia dropped to 10-4 and now finds itself in a tie with Dallas atop the NFC East standings after a 10-1 start.
