If you’re just waking up from a 3-month coma, here’s what you missed: Aviici passed away, plastic straws have suddenly become the work of the devil, and Giannis Antetokounmpo has transformed into the Incredible Hulk.

The 23-year-old Bucks star shared a photo of the “Antetokounbros” in the weight room on Saturday and Giannis looked like he ate 2013 Giannis.

The brothers, from left to right: Giannis, Alex, Thanasis and Kostas.

The Antetokounmpo’s have supreme genes, as For The Win points out:

Kostas was just selected last in the 2018 NBA draft by the 76ers, who then traded him to the Mavericks. Thanasis is playing pro basketball in Greece after being picked No. 51 by the Knicks in 2014. Lastly, Alex is — believe it or not — only a teenager in high school.

Somewhere in an empty wearhouse, the Gronkowski brothers have stopped hitting their heads against a wall and have taken notice.

For perspective, before Giannia was drafted in 2013, he stood 6’9” tall and weighed 190 pounds. Last season, he stood 6’11” and weighed 222 pounds. This season remains to be seen and that is very scary for the Eastern Conference.

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
