All the NFL world wants to talk about this week as the playoffs are about to kick off is Aaron Rodgers.

For those of you who were without internet over the past few days, Rodgers made a thinly-veiled allegation last week that talk show host Jimmy Kimmel would appear in the unsealed Jeffrey Epstein-related documents that have been making waves.

Rodgers made this “joke” on The Pat McAfee Show, so it gained all sorts of traction and resulted in a not-so-thinly veiled threat by Jimmy Kimmel in response.

On Tuesday, Aaron Rodgers again appeared on The Pat McAfee Show and proceeded to spout a long conspiracy theory-laden word salad addressing the elephant in the room.

“I said that a lot of people, and I’m quoting myself, a lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn’t come out,” Rodgers said. “That’s what I said. That’s the entire quote.

“I was referring to the fact that if there is a list, which again, this hasn’t come out yet, this was just a deposition.”

Rodgers continued, “I’m not calling him one. No one should, and don’t do it in my name. That’s not cool. I’m not about that. And I have no love for anybody doing any of that s—.

“I’m not stupid enough, even though you think I’m an idiot, and you’ve made a lot of comments about my intelligence, but I’m not stupid enough to accuse you of that with absolutely zero evidence, concrete evidence, that’s ridiculous.”

At no point did Rodgers say the words sorry or apologize.

So, Tuesday night, during his opening monologue, Jimmy Kimmel once again took a shot at Aaron Rodgers.

“Things have settled down. We had a tumultuous week butting heads with delusional people,” Kimmel said.

“I was actually watching people actually play football last night. I was watching the college national championship game, the University of Michigan beat the University of Washington. 34 to 13 was the score… if you believe the mainstream media.”

Kimmel was referring to the fact that Aaron Rodgers has long been carrying on about how he is being persecuted by the mainstream media, and did so again on The Pat McAfee Show this week.

“This is the game plan of the media. This is what they do. They try and cancel. It’s not just me. It’s nowhere near just me,” Rodgers said on Tuesday.

“You look at all the different people who have been censored from the internet, especially during COVID — the canceling that went on, the censorship, using the government to try and censor people, and if that doesn’t work, they go to name calling.”
