Jon Jones will not be getting “lit” after Saturday’s UFC 285 event.
Jones, who has a long history of alcohol-related arrests, was arrested for domestic violence hours after attending the UFC Hall of Fame ceremony in Las Vegas back in 2021.
At the time, UFC president Dana White questioned whether Jones could behave himself while in Vegas.
“Is it really shocking any more? It’s really not. It’s become not shocking, it’s almost like ‘uh oh, he’s in Vegas again, what’s gonna happen today?’… He proves every time he comes to (Vegas) that he can’t handle this place.”
During Thursday’s UFC 285 press conference, Jones was asked whether or not he was going to get lit at his UFC afterparty at the Hakkasan Nightclub on Saturday night in Vegas.
“I’m not getting lit at all, you guys don’t want to see me lit”
