The Las Vegas Sphere Is Now Trolling Golfers At A Nearby Course

The Las Vegas Sphere has become a “must see” spectacle on the Sin City Strip. The massive LED screen, which doubles as a concert venue on the inside, is one of the coolest things you’ll see on a Vegas visit.

Viewers will often be met with messages about upcoming events, for example the Monday Night Football graphic that flashed across the building ahead of the Raiders’ matchup with the Packers.

The screen also displays incredible interactive scenes that captivate passersby as they tour the area.

But they’ve taken it too far!

The Sphere is now trolling golfers at a nearby course as they line up shots from the tee.

A social media user posted a moment from his latest round at the Wynn Golf Club, and the eyes of the Sphere were directly on him. Watch as the graphic follows the shot before giving an unimpressed reaction to its final landing spot.

Golf is already hard enough without the Sphere’s judgement. Now we have the largest LED screen in the world mocking our efforts? Brutal.

That’s not the only thing that’s caused a negative reaction of late. While the scenes at the Sphere are fantastic, you’ll have to pay a pretty penny to enjoy them.

Parking prices on site will cost you at least $100 for the current U2 concert residency, which runs through mid-December. Drink prices aren’t much better once you get inside.

Despite the high costs, patrons will continue to visit.  And why not? It’s unlike anything we’ve seen before in the world of marketing and entertainment.

Just keep the Sphere in mind next time you’re thinking about that Vegas golf trip.
