The UFC Just Dropped An Incredible Nate Diaz Vs. Conor McGregor Promo Video In The Lead Up To UFC 202

A highly anticipated welterweight rematch between Nate Diaz and current UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor is set to take place in just three weeks, after ironing out some frustrating logistical negotiations between the two.

McGregor will attempt to regain his UFC Golden Boy status after being upset in shocking fashion in UFC 196 this past March with a second round rear naked choke by Diaz. The loss was especially excruciating for McGregor when you consider that Diaz snapped McGregor’s 15-match win streak on just 11 days notice and got the call to fight when he ripping shots of tequila in Cabo.

As foreplay to the August 20th fight at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the UFC released a new promo for UFC 202. It is Hype City, complete with a True Detective-esque soundtrack, clips from the first meeting, and training clips leading up to the encore match.

Check it out below.

If that video doesn’t jazz you up, check your pulse. You may be dead. Now excuse me while I go repeatedly punch a bag of sand in my garage.

No one needs a victory on August 20th more than Conor McGregor.
