Olivia Culpo was very excited when her boyfriend, NFL running back Christian McCaffrey, got traded to San Francisco last fall.
Culpo, who was Miss Rhode Island USA back in 2012 and went on to win the Miss Universe pageant, now lives in California so the move worked out very well for her.
Something else that’s been working out well for her is the fact that Christian McCaffrey and his new 49ers teammates (and their wives) are now in offseason mode which means it’s vacation time for the couple.
Photos shared by the 30-year-old model from the trip show her, her sister Sophia (who recently broke up with her NFL boyfriend), and McCaffrey spending time in Mexico on a yacht, eating at a restaurant, and playing golf.
Olivia Culpo even broke out a baseball glove to go with her bikini at some point during the trip.
Olivia and sister Sophia both appear on the family’s reality TV show The Culpos, so perhaps we will get an explanation for the baseball glove at some point down the road.
“Third wheelin and dealin @sophiaculpo 😬,” Olivia Culpo captioned her Instagram post, seemingly alluding to the fact that her sister Sophia was riding solo on this trip.
Sophia replied to Olivia’s caption by commenting, “As they say, two is a crowd. 3 is a party.”
Their brother Gus also commented, asking the obvious question, “Wouldn’t Sophie be the one third wheeling?”
Also along on the vacation to Mexico were 49ers mates George Kittle and his wife Claire as well as Kristin and Kyle Juszczyk.
The Kittles have been spending a lot of time under the sun so far this offseason. Just a couple of weeks ago they took “a little lover getaway” to the Bahamas, according to Claire on Instagram.
The Juszczyk’s were also down in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico just a month ago.
