If you come at the queen, you better not miss. Popular LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne silenced a troll on Instagram who tried to shame her this week with the perfect clap back to the unnecessary comment.

Dunne, still the number one ranked female athlete on the On3.com NIL valuation list at $3.6 million, is no shrinking violet when it comes to dealing with haters online.

With a combined 12.6 million followers, Livvy has to deal with every possible kind of comment anytime she makes a post on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube.

The 21-year-old Dunne has been very busy with the LSU gymnastics team since their first meet on Jan. 5 – a win over Ohio State.

This week, however, Olivia Dunne was able to take a little break… her spring break.

Sharing a series of bikini photos on Instagram that she geotagged from Baton Rouge, Dunne wrote a one word description, “Defrosting.”

Pretty basic move by one of the most popular athletes on social media, but one person out there took exception to it nonetheless.

“You do realize you can wear clothes and still be beautiful,” the person commented, bringing into question why they are looking at Olivia Dunne photos on Instagram in the first place if they aren’t interested in seeing something Dunne does on the regular.

“Do you realize you can be on the internet without commenting about others decisions??” one fan wrote back.

“Maybe unfollow the girl then?” another suggested.

Dunne, who rarely claps back at the haters, decided that this was one time she was going to respond.

“You do realize it’s spring break and I’m in college,” Livvy commented back.

“Got ’em,” one fan replied.

Olivia Dunne’s break won’t last long though, as she and the LSU Tigers gymnastics team will be back in action with their final regular season meet scheduled for this coming Friday against North Carolina.

Then it’s on to the SEC Championships on March 23, the NCAA Regionals on April 3-7, and potentially the NCAA Championships on April 18-20.

LSU is currently ranked #2 in the nation with a 11-3 record.

Dunne, after battling injuries in 2023, has been more active in 2024. She has competed in five events, participating in the floor exercise at all of them with one appearance on the uneven bars.
