If you are one of those people who bet on golf then you know how difficult it can be to pick a winner.
With so many players competing in each tournament, it’s almost impossible to know who is going to get hot in any given week.
Paige Spiranac, who probably knows more about golf than the average duffer, feels the same pain, and she’s the one giving out picks for a betting website on Twitter.
How is the average Joe supposed to know who to pick?
Well, the popular golf influencer has come up with an idea, that if it holds true, could get you back in the money.
“There is no sport quite like golf where you feel like you’ve never played before to firing your career best,” Spiranac wrote in the caption to her latest Twitter video.
And because so many of Paige Spiranac’s viewers have complained about her videos having “no sound” and difficulty focusing on the words coming out of her mouth, here’s a transcript of what she had to say.
“Hey, everyone. If you play golf you understand this on a deep, personal level,” Paige begins her video, “but this was a prime example, looking at the last two weeks of the US Open and the Travelers of golf being a mothereffer.
“First off, let’s start with Keegan Bradley. He missed the cut at the US Open, turns around, shoots 23-under to win the Travelers.
“You have Justin Thomas, who shoots an 81 at the US Open, says he’s lost, doesn’t know where the ball is going, then shoots a 62 at the Travelers.
“You have Rickie Fowler, who really hasn’t been in the mix the last couple of years, shooting 62 at the US Open, a 60 at the Travelers.
“Jon Rahm, who we’re always expecting to contend, misses the cut at the Travelers!
“Of course, we all know that’s golf, but when it comes to picking it’s making it very, very difficult and I have been a week off every single week.
“This keeps happening to me and it’s driving me crazy.
“I picked Keegan Bradley last week. He wins this week.
“I was on Jason Day for the longest time. The week I didn’t pick him, he wins.
“Rickie Fowler, I’ve also been picking for awhile because he’s trending. Of course, I’m probably not going to pick him. The week that I don’t pick him, he’s going to win.
“So, words of advice, follow my picks, but just keep with them. The next week they’re going to get it done.”
