Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes loves him some Coors Light and really wants the world to know it.

It’s his go to drink after a tough game, during a round of golf or for celebrating another Super Bowl win.

In fact, he likes Coors Light so much that he has found ways around the NFL’s beer commercials rule (players aren’t allowed to do them).

Last year, Patrick Mahomes appeared in an ad for a “Coors Light” which somehow wasn’t actually for beer.

And now, for the second time, Patrick Mahomes has found a way around the NFL’s rules and appeared in another ad for Coors Light… sort of.

Introducing the “Coors Light Bear.”

“Patrick Mahomes wants to show the world how much he loves Coors Light Bear. Yes, Bear,” reads the ad’s description. “Get one of your own at coorslightbear.com. All proceeds go to 15 And The Mahomies Foundation.”

Just like last year, the commercial begins by saying, “Recently, we tapped star quarterback Patrick Mahomes to be in a promo for Coors Light beer. Turns out, we overlooked the fact that he can’t actually promote Coors Light beer.

“That’s why we’re proud to introduce Coors Light Bear.

“Coors Light Bear is zero percent adult beverage and 100 percent mammal. It’s the perfect bear to hang out with after a long day.
Few things are more refreshing on the golf course than Coors Light Bear (not the same thing as beer). Coors Light beer is pure mountain cold refreshment which is something you would totally say about a bear. Coors Light Bear is perfect for the beach, but you’ve got to be careful because not everybody likes Bear on the beach.”

“Coors Light Bear. The world’s most refreshing Bear,” Mahomes says to conclude the “Bear” commercial.

Well played.
