Episode 3 and 4 of ESPN’s Chicago Bulls documentary ‘The Last Dance’ aired on Sunday night and delivered some truly iconic moments. Both episodes focused on Dennis Rodman, Phil Jackson and the Bulls battles with the “Bad Boys” Pistons. We decided to do a quick breakdown and rank the best moments from the episodes.
6. Michael Jordan snitching on Scotty Burrell.
Throughout “The Last Dance” MJ can be seen bullying teammate Scott Burrell and this week’s episde provided another glimpse of how Jordan was a complete asshole to Burrell behind the scenes.
While on the team plane after the Super Bowl, MJ ribbed Burrell for partying all night as Burrell pleaded to not out him on camera.

5. Doug Collins coaching strategy.
During his brief time with the Bulls, head coach Doug Collins didn’t overthink his offensive strategy for the team. After the Bulls beat the Cavs in the playoffs Collins gave a simple NSFW explanation of what he drew up for Jordan before his infamous shot over Craig Ehlo.

4. Ron Harper’s reaction to the Cavs having Craig Ehlo guard Michael Jordan on final possession.
During the Cavs 1989 playoff series against the Bulls Ron Harper did a solid job of guarding Michael Jordan but for whatever reason Cavs head coach Lenny Wilkens decided to put Ehlo on Jordan in that infamous final possession. Harper is still bitter about the coaches’ decision to Ehlo on Jordan which was made clear on the “The Last Dance’

3. Horace Grant calls the Bad Boys Pistons “Straight Up Bitches”.
After years of losing to the Pistons the Bulls were finally to get over the hump when they swept the Bad Boys in 91 during the Eastern Conference Finals. The Pistons eventually decided to walk-off the court and not shake the Bulls hands which led to a ton of criticism at the time. To this day, Bulls forward Horace Grant doesn’t seem like he’s forgiven the Pistons for walking off the court.

2. Michael Jordan still hates Isiah Thomas and gives us a new meme.
In episode 4 of “The Last Dance” Isiah Thomas tried to explain why he didn’t shake the Bulls hand after a playoff loss but MJ wasn’t hearing it. When film director Jason Hehir tried to show Jordan Thomas’ explanation of the handshake MJ immediately called BS.

Hehir was eventually able to show Jordan the clip of Thomas’ explanation and MJ’s reaction to the clip instantly became a meme.

1. Dennis Rodman, Carmen Electra and the infamous Vegas Vacation
Back in the 97-98 Bulls season Dennis Rodman felt like he needed some time off and was given permission to go to Vegas for 48 hours in the middle of the season. Of course, Rodman disappeared with then-girlfriend Carmen Electra for much longer than expects which forced Michael Jordan to come to Vegas to drag Rodman out of bed and back to practice.
