A recent report has detailed the average cost of attending a college football game at a number of stadiums across the country. The study breaks down costs for two people to purchase tickets, concessions, and parking for a single contest.

For this article, we’ll focus on the most important information at hand – Beer prices.

Oddspedia broke down costs for the complete gameday experience at nearly 70 top college football venues. The site attempted to find the cheapest and most expensive prices for a Saturday in the fall.

Surprisingly, just one school came in below the $100 mark per couple – UCF. That included $40(!) for a pair of tickets with the other $57 going towards beverages and hot dogs.

At the other end of the spectrum was Oklahoma, whose gameday experience came in at $276 per pair thanks to the nation’s most expensive ticket prices at more than $100 apiece.

When you dig a little deeper, you see how the concession prices are broken down. The study looked at the average price of hot dogs, soda, and alcohol.

Again, these numbers reflect the purchase of TWO items.

As far as beer goes, Neyland Stadium boasts the most expensive prices at $26 ($13 each).

“For a team that’s won an average of 6.8 games per year for the last five years, it’s hard to predict if those beers will be drank in victory or defeat from week to week!”

‘It Just Means More’ money when it comes to alcohol prices at Tennessee Volunteer outings, though Colorado and UCLA come in at a close second at $24.

If you’re looking for a party, though, you might want to check out college football’s cheapest beers. Interestingly enough, they come in two of the biggest party cities in the country.

Both TCU and Tulane come in at just $6 for two beers. Yes, you read that correctly.

That’s either a dangerous combination or the perfect recipe for a good time in either Dallas/Fort Worth or New Orleans.

“[TCU and Tulane] achieved the seemingly impossible by making two beers cost just $6 for the pair!… We know where we’re going for our next gameday rager.”

Some important information to consider as the college football season nears.
