The Let’s Go! weekly show from Tom Brady is back and this week the GOAT is discussing father-son duo Deion and Shedeur Sanders as well as Tom’s son embarking on his own football career.

Shedeur Sanders, Deion Sanders’ son and the quarterback of the Colorado Buffaloes, set records in his debut over the weekend and put the College Football world on notice with an upset over TCU who was in last year’s National Championship game against Georgia. Tom Brady took notice, and also got excited about his son Ben embarking on his own football career this Fall, saying Ben is ‘going to be a little beast.’

Speaking about the weekend’s biggest upset, Deion Sanders upsetting TCU, Tom Brady said “it’s what life’s all about” when referring to Deion coaching his son Shedeur. It is, perhaps, a prelude to Tom’s future with his son Ben starting up Fall football this year.

The GOAT went on to say that Deion’s great start with Shedeur at Colorado “just speaks to great parenting and really caring about your kids.”

Ben Brady, Tom’s son, isn’t going to attempt to play quarterback like his father. Instead, Tom revealed his son is looking to follow in Gronk’s footsteps.

Brady said “I was like, ‘What do you want to play?’ And he’s like, ‘Tight end. I want to be like Gronk.'” Tom says he then texted Gronk, who remains one of his best friends, saying “I’m like, ‘Yo, my boy wants to be like you,’ And he loved it. He’s like, ‘That’s so great.'” Brady added that Ben is going to be “a little beast” on the field at the tight end position.

Ben’s older brother Jack, Tom’s oldest son, has been playing quarterback in high school so this marks the second of Tom’s progeny to follow in their dad’s footsteps instead of opting for baseball or basketball.
