Victor Wembanyama Allegedly Has Proof He Predicted Spurs Would Win Lottery, NBA Fans Call Foul

The NBA Draft came to a conclusion days ago and fans are still humming about the prospects entering the league.

Especially when it comes to Victor Wembanyama who went first overall to the San Antonio Spurs.

It’s a bit of a dream pairing, as San Antonio has a fond history with elite bigs. With that said, Wembanyama recently made a claim about his new team that’s puzzling NBA fans.

During an introductory interview with the Spurs, Victor Wembanyama alleged that he has proof that he correctly predicted San Antonio would win the NBA Draft Lottery.

Apparently, he has a video made and plans to release in due time. Here’s what the rookie phenom had to say about it, via Bally Sports.

From the sounds of it, Wembanyama manifested his landing spot in the NBA. It’s probably just a coincidence that it actually came to fruition.

Even so, NBA fans are puzzled by how he claims to have known the Spurs would win the lottery. Many are quick to claim the lottery for both, the NBA and NHL, are “rigged.”

With that said, Victor Wembanyama’s claims don’t help settle people wondering what’s going on behind the curtains.

Apparently, this guy called it just hours before the lottery results were revealed too.

Victor Wembanyama and LeBron James have more in common than just being the No. 1 overall pick in their respective draft classes.

At this point, we’re just waiting for Wembanyama’s alleged video to drop.

As stated previously, it’s more likely it’s just a coincidence. But clearly, NBA fans are jumping to conclusions.
