Cuba Gooding Jr. has been added as a defendant and Prince Harry has been named in the sex trafficking lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The lawsuit, filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, has now been amended to include disturbing allegations against the Jerry Maguire actor.

Jones claims that Gooding groped him while they were on Sean Combs’ yacht while in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2023, according to RadarOnline.com.

According to the amended complaint, Gooding “began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders.”

Jones claims that he “was extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to lean away from Mr. Gooding Jr.” and that he “rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away.”

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones also alleges that Diddy tried to “pass [him] off” to Gooding by leaving them alone together on the yacht and that Combs “failed to step in and stop” Gooding’s advances.

In addition to the allegations about Cuba Gooding Jr. being revealed on Tuesday, DailyMail.com also reported that Prince Harry was named in the $30 million lawsuit filed by Jones.

“Lil Rod” claims in court documents that guests were allegedly drawn to Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking parties because of his “access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artist [sic], musicians and international dignitaries like British royal Prince Harry.”

Neither Cuba Gooding Jr. nor Prince Harry have been charged with any crime.

Seven people associated with Sean Combs either have so far been or will be interviewed by Homeland Security Investigations agents, according to NBC News.

A source familiar with the situation informed NBC News that three women and a man have been interviewed by federal officials in Manhattan in relation to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms, with three other individual interviews scheduled to take place.
