At least two names on the list of Jeffrey Epstein associates will now be delayed in their reveal, but the rest will be coming out on a rolling basis, according to the Southern District of New York.

The list of names will come from documents that were part of a defamation case brought by Virginia Roberts (now Giuffre) against Prince Andrew that was settled in June 2017.

There will reportedly be a total of 187 of Jeffrey Epstein’s friends and associates’ names released beginning at some point on Wednesday, January 3.

The delay in the release of the names is due in part to a request by Doe 107, one of the women on the list, who was given a 30 day extension (until January 22nd) for the judge to consider her appeal to remain confidential and for her to prove that she will be in danger if she is named.

Criminal defense attorney Janet Johnson told NewsNation this week that those who are named will most likely not be prosecuted for any crimes.

“These names were actually kept secret because the judge found that because they did not do anything wrong, there wasn’t any reason at that point to release them and embarrass them,” Johnson said.

One of the names that is expected to be revealed is Epstein’s former assistant and “massage scheduler” Sarah Kellen, the wife of NASCAR driver Brian Vickers.

Several of the names have already been identified.

One of them, Harvard law professor and former representative of Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, listed in the documents as Doe 24, has already gone public stating that he is glad the names will be released to the public.

“The reason I wanted everything put out and I don’t think the judge put everything out, I think she was selective in what she put out and that’s unfair,” Dershowitz told On Balance with Leland Vittert. “I want everything out, every document, every piece of paper, half-truths or lies.”

Former Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, the latter of which was represented by Dershowitz during his first impeachment hearing in 2020, are also expected to be a part of that list.

Longtime Jeffrey Epstein confidante Ghislaine Maxwell, currently serving a lengthy stint in prison for her part in the sex trafficking scheme, announced via her attorney Arthur Aidala that she had “nothing to say” about the names being released.

She did, however, complain about being the “only one in jail” associated with the late convicted pedophile, according to RadarOnline.com.

“I don’t think she has anything to talk about except maybe that if you look at this crime, this overall crime, it’s all about men abusing women for a long period of time, and it’s only one person in jail – a woman,” Aidala told NewsNation.

“Ms. Maxwell’s got nothing to say to anyone,” Aidala continued. “A lot of these cases take on lives of their own and people start believing things that aren’t true.”
