While there are only a handful of directors in Hollywood who have such a defined style that their names have become synonymous with their art, Guy Ritchie is certainly one of them.

From Snatch and RocknRolla, to Sherlock Holmes and The Gentlemen, you simply *know* when you’re watching a Guy Ritchie movie, and his latest project, Operation Fortune, looks set to continue that trend of longrunning cinematic singularity.

Plus, Operation Fortune — like so many of Ritchie’s action-crime classics — features Jason Statham doing what Jason Statham does best: wearing suits and whipping ass. There’s also Aubrey Plaza as his right-hand-woman, who is arguably one of the fastest-rising actresses in the industry these days following star turns in Emily the Criminal and The White Lotus. When it comes to action movies, what more could you want, really?

Here is the official synopsis for Operation Fortune, courtesy of Lionsgate:

Super spy Orson Fortune (Jason Statham) must track down and stop the sale of a deadly new weapons technology wielded by billionaire arms broker Greg Simmonds (Hugh Grant). Reluctantly teamed with some of the world’s best operatives (Aubrey Plaza, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone), Fortune and his crew recruit Hollywood’s biggest movie star Danny Francesco (Josh Hartnett) to help them on their globe-trotting undercover mission to save the world.

Operation Fortune will hit theaters in the United States on Friday, March 3. You can also check out the full trailer for the film below:
