Pete Davidson loves tattoos. During his 5-month relationship with Ariana Grande, the celebrity couple got at least 17 tattoos dedicated to one another. Pete and Ariana have been busy getting their tattoos covered up since their breakup. Now with his blossoming romance with Kate Beckinsale, will the SNL star get tattoos of Kate? Not yet, but Davidson did get a tattoo of a unicorn, which is probably a more prudent ink subject than one devoted to a brand new girlfriend.

Pete got the biggest tattoo yet this week when he got a huge unicorn on his right forearm. The ink was done by impressive tattoo artist Ryan Mullins at Top Shelf Tattoo in Queens, New York.

Why did he pick the horny animal? Nobody seems to know. But at least it isn’t a tattoo of a girl he’s been dating for only weeks.

Fellow comedian Tiffany Haddish commented on Pete’s new ink and apparently thinks the mythical creature is about her. “We was supposed to keep it a secret that we are in Love,” Tiffany wrote in the comments on Instagram. “Him getting the Unicorn makes it so real now.”

Other tattoos the 25-year-old Davidson has are planets, bumblebees, one that says “Jokes come and go, but swag is forever,” Doodlebob, and a Hillary Clinton portrait. So the unicorn fits in perfectly to whatever Pete has going on with his tattoos.
