We have seen a LOT of ridiculous debates take place on Twitter over the past few years. There was the one about the proper way to remove eggs from the carton. There was the kerfuffle over whether a straw has one hole or two? The debate about whether or not Die Hard is a Christmas movie? And don’t even get us started on this ranking of the best french fries. So silly.
But this debate over whether you should wet your toothbrush before or after you apply the toothpaste? This is serious. This is the most important Twitter debate since those psychopaths tried to convince the internet that there was more than one correct way to hang toilet paper.
Here’s how it all got started…
I don’t know why over 700 people have now responded to this question. Of course you put the toothpaste on the toothbrush before you wet it. We’re not animals.

What’s that? There are people out there who do it differently than me? THIS I WILL NOT STAND FOR. I WILL DIE ON THIS HILL IF NEED BE.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?
Not even funny.
That’s it. We’re all doomed.
