Hennessey Performance knows how to make cars go fast. This we know. In fact, they are so good at it they can take cars that already go mindbogglingly fast and make them somehow go even faster.

We’ve seen them take a 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, which was already the world’s quickest quarter-mile production car, and turn it into a 1,500 horsepower monster.

We have also seen Hennessey take an already quick 2018 Chevy Camaro ZL1, rename it the Hennessey Exorcist, and have it outrun the insane Dodge Demon with a top speed of 217 mph.

And now, now Hennessey has gone completely off-the-rails by turning a supercar, the Lamborghini Huracan, into a full-blown hypercar by dialing its already impressive horsepower up to 1,000 with their modified HPE1000 Twin Turbo.

How did they do it? Well, they basically ripped off the back of the car to install some custom twin ball bearing turbochargers, oil pump, oil tank, intercooler tank and pump, dual intercooler heat exchangers, dual inlet pipes, dual blow-off valves, stainless steel turbo downpipes and stainless steel exhaust system with thermal coating, and high-flow air induction system. Not much, really.

Should you choose to have your Lamborghini Huracan customized by Hennessey in this manner (you do own a Lamborghini Huracan, right?) they even give you a one year/12,000 mile limited warranty. After they have “road tested” it for up to 300 miles first, of course.
