Not to toot my non-existent horn, but I knew most of these. That’s what comes with years of people assuming I’m some sort of expert and then quickly researching and pretending like I am. It’s a handy rundown for those of you who don’t waste your time browsing scientific studies online, which is hopefully all of you.
