How much shit would you put up with to date a beauty queen who is also a lingerie football player? Constant nagging? Brunches with her mother? Double dates with her friends and their corny-ass boyfriends? Getting stabbed in the stomach?
Stormy Keffeler, who is Miss Washington and was a former Legends Football League player (Lingerie Football League), is involved in a police investigation. Last month, law enforcement found her boyfriend, MLS player Marco Pappa, bleeding from a stab wound to his abdomen at a Seattle apartment.
Pappa was rushed from the apartment to a hospital where he underwent surgery. He did not press charges against Keffeler, a former Seattle Mist player. No arrests have been made and the case is still under investigation.
This comes months after another brush with the law. In April, a Seattle police officer reported that Stormy was drunk and driving on two flat tires when she was pulled over and arrested. Keffeler’s blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit, according to court documents.
In October, she was crowned Miss Washington, but after the series of unfortunate events she has resigned as Miss Washington USA.
Maureen Francisco, co-executive producer of Northwest Productions, who works with Miss Washington USA posted the following on her Facebook page on Thursday:
“We can confirm the resignation of Stormy Keffeler as Miss Washington USA. Effective immediately, first runner-up Kelsey Schmidt will assume the title of Miss Washington USA 2016 and represent the state at the Miss USA event later this year. We wish Stormy well in her future endeavors.”
Pappa’s injuries came around the same time in mid December when the midfielder was traded from the Seattle Sounders to the Colorado Rapids.
Well it appears that Marco Pappa has a pretty high threshold of what he will put up with to date a former beauty queen who is also a former lingerie football player.
