Former WWE Wrestler Shad Gaspard Body Slams A Gas Station Robber Into 2017 After He Demanded Shad Buy Him Beer

Out of all the convenience stores a potential robber could have chosen in the Coral Springs, Florida area, he chose the one with a 6’7”, 300-pound, no-bullshit trained wrestler in it. Sucks to suck.

A potential robber wielding a BB gun was taught a hard lesson by former WWE wrestler Shad Gaspard, who disarmed (and violently body slammed) him before he was handed over to authorities.

The Coral Springs Police Department tells TMZ Sports:

… they responded to a call around midnight for an attempted armed robbery at the store. According to police, the suspect appeared to be drunk, walked up to Shad and said, “Hey man, buy me a beer.” When Shad said, “There’s a better way to ask than that” … police say the suspect whipped out his firearm.

The store clerk says Shad quickly shoved the suspect against the cooler door, grabbed the guy’s gun and it fell to the ground.

Shad tells us he was trying to remove the gun’s magazine when he saw an air canister compartment, and realized it was just a BB gun. The 6’7″, nearly 300 lb. ex-wrestler took over at that point — taking the dumbass to the ground and holding him until officers arrived.

Shad, who once teamed with his partner JTG as a member of Cryme Tyme and has had acting roles in Get Hard and Key & Peele, told Pro Wrestling Sheet that thinking of getting home to his son put him on the aggressive.

“I thought it was a real gun the entire time, and honestly, I just didn’t want anyone to get hurt. I just kept thinking about how I wanted to make sure I got home to my son.”
