UM super fan Abella Danger has received a major honor ahead of the school’s first game of the season.
Last year, adult film star went viral when she attended Miami’s national championship game against Indiana.
“I came to every single home game this season,” Danger said. “Every single one. I went to two out of three playoff games, and now I’m here.” Then the emotion hit all at once. “I feel so honored as a senior at the University of Miami to witness my team go to the national championship in Miami. I’m so nervous. I feel like I’m going to throw up.”
Unfortunately, UM lost, and ESPN’s cameras caught a distraught Danger on the national stage as Miami lost.

“I was born and raised in miami, I went to south miami middle school 5 minutes from UM where we all wore orange and green just like UM, I have dreamt of being a hurricane since i was 10 years old, my love for the Canes is UNCONDITIONAL, I am and will always be a Hurricane and we WILL be back with a vengeance. Tomorrow I’m going to class with my head held so high because we made it to the natty and 99% of schools did not.”
On Wednesday, Danger, a law student at Miami with aspirations of becoming a sports agent, was honored by Pi Kappa Alpha and named a sweetheart of the fraternity.
“The honor of being @umiamipikes Sweetheart will be something I will always hold so near and dear to my heart. Seeing these men grow into amazing contributing members of society through their brotherhood has been absolutely incredible🥹💚🧡 shout out to @alex3ngg because I surely wouldn’t have become Sweetheart without him pitching it to the brothers while he was still pledging😂💝”
