Famous actress Alyssa Milano has seen the backlash over one of her recent social media posts.
On Thursday night, Milano started a GoFundMe to pay for her son’s baseball team to go to Cooperstown this summer.

Milano’s GoFundMe sparked outrage on social media, considering she could probably pay for the trip herself.

Milano responded to the backlash on social media by saying that she’s paid for many things for her son’s baseball team and was just looking to raise money for their recent trip.
“I’m getting media inquiries about whether I have financially contributed to my son’s baseball team.”
“I’ve paid for uniforms for the entire team and coaches, thrown bday parties and sponsor any kid who can’t afford monthly dues.”
“The kids also do fundraising themselves—car washes, movie nights, and many other fun things!”
“Thank you to all who have contributed to the gofundme! You’ve made things easier for these boys and their families.”
