The Chicago Bulls have cut Jaden Ivey after his controversial comments regarding NBA’s Pride month celebrations.
On Monday morning, Ivey went viral after condemning the NBA for celebrating Pride Month.
“The world can proclaim LGBTQ, right? They proclaim Pride Month—and the NBA does too. They show it to the world. They say, ‘Come join us for Pride Month, to celebrate unrighteousness.’
“They proclaim it. They proclaim it on the billboards. They proclaim it in the streets—unrighteousness.”
“So how is it that one can’t speak righteousness? How are they to say that, ‘Man, this man is crazy’?”

The Chicago Bulls are waiving guard Jaden Ivey after his recent anti-LGBTQ comments amid several rants on religion and other topics, sources tell ESPN.
Ivey took to Instagram to react to getting cut by the Bulls over his comments.
“So the Bible is true, right? And may you be glorified, Jesus. The bible is true. They said my conduct is detrimental to the team. Why didn’t they just? They didn’t agree with his stance against LGBTQ. How is it conduct detrimental to the team? What did I do to the team? What did I do to the players?”
“They’re liars, bro. This is lying. They’re lying saying my conduct is detrimental to the team. That’s a lie. Ask any one of them coaches in there, ‘was I a good teammate?’”
“All I’m preaching about is Jesus Christ and they waived me. But they say I’m crazy, right? I’m psycho.”
