Danica Patrick has achieved a lot of things during her sporting life.

For almost 30 years, Patrick excelled in numerous forms of racing, from karting to IndyCar to NASCAR.

Danica was a three-time World Karting Association Grand National Champion in her class. She was named the Rookie of the Year for both the 2005 Indianapolis 500 and the 2005 IndyCar Series. She was the first woman to win a NASCAR Cup Series pole position and holds the record for the most top-ten finishes by a woman in the world’s top stock car series.

She’s obviously (a) quite an athlete, and (b) has tremendous hand-eye coordination.

Which is why it really should come as little surprise that Danica Patrick is also pretty darn good at golf.

Proof of this comes in the form of a Instagram video Patrick posted this week of her showing off a beautiful swing off the tee at a picturesque course.

“Embody the life you want, as if you already have it. Wanting implies lack of. Knowing is the trust fall the universe is waiting for…” Danica wrote in the description of the video, adding, “And your energy… is the feeling. Not the thought. EmBODY, the thought. Which means you have to – not just belive [sic] it, but know it.”

“You have an exceptional swing,” one fan wrote.

“Golf is hard, I’m so impressed that her swing is SO VERY GOOD and she’s Just STARTING. SHE’S AN ATHLETE,” someone else commented.

“Ok – TERRIFIC Swing!!! But …… it’s Danica …. C’mon!” another obviously impressed fan wrote.

Fans who follow Danica Patrick on Instagram know from a video she shared earlier this month that she is starting to really get into the sport.

“I decided I want to get good at golf. Today was the first time I ever practiced… and I liked it. Yes, I lined up the balls for rapid ish fire,” Patrick wrote on February 9th.

Perhaps some day she can take on Aaron Rodgers in one of those made for TV The Match golf specials?

Since retiring from racing after the 2018 Indianapolis 500, Danica Patrick has been all over the place, launching a weekly podcast, writing books, hosting the ESPY Awards, covering races for NBC, CBS and Fox, developing her own brand of wine, designing and selling her own athleisure collection, and being a spokesperson for a plethora of products.

How does she ever find time to play a round of golf?
