Colorado football is the most popular program in the country because of Deion Sanders. The first-year head coach has created a consistent, palpable buzz around his team and often recruits high-profile guests to practice.

AEW Dynamite was live from 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado on Wednesday night. Boulder is located about 20 minutes northwest, so Coach Prime took the opportunity to bring in a few of the professional wrestling promotion’s superstars while they were in the area.

Anthony Bowens, Max Caster, Swerve Strickland and Satnam Singh were all in attendance at the Buffaloes’ practice. The group of visitors was headlined by former WWE World Heavyweight Champion and World’s Strongest Man Mark Henry.

Henry, who spent 25 years with the WWE, is currently signed to AEW as a commentator/analyst, coach and talent scout. He holds all kinds of records in various weightlifting events, and is credited for the biggest raw squat and raw powerlifting total ever performed by a drug-tested athlete.

Over the course of his career, Henry battled social anxiety. The 52-year-old was able to overcome his struggles later in live and credits his ability to conquer anxiety with his success.

Mark Henry shared his story with Deion Sanders and Colorado football.

While speaking with the Buffaloes on Wednesday, Henry offered a profound message on the importance of mental health. It reminded players that it is okay to ask for help.

I was largely considered to be the strongest person to ever walk the planet. I have been a world champion in three sports that have absolutely nothing to do with each other. The common denominator between all of those sports was hard work, sacrifice and the fact that trouble came, and I had to deal with it.

All of y’all are going to have troubles. It does not make you weak to ask for help. It doesn’t make you weak because you have something that you don’t know the answer to. You all have advocacy here that’s willing to do that.

The sooner you can have more communication with your coaches and with the administrative staff that is here for your all’s mental health, the better.

Henry has been wildly successful through his career. Anything on which he set his mind, he accomplished. He is one of the biggest, baddest dudes to walk the planet.

But even Mark Henry asked for help, so Colorado players can do the same!
