In a recent report by ESPN, several coaches and scouts have weighed in on the upcoming matchup between Deion Sanders’ Colorado and Oregon.

ESPN’s Pete Thamel interviewed a half-dozen experts, and their consensus prediction for this weekend’s game is a “lopsided loss” for Deion’s Colorado.

I think Oregon is going to boat race them,” remarked an opposing assistant coach. “Oregon is different upfront. There’s a lot of bark, not much bite to Colorado. When they run into the bigger dogs in the Pac-12, it’s going to come to an end.”

Deion Sanders, in his first year as Colorado’s head coach, is riding a three-game winning streak, having triumphed over TCU, Nebraska, and Colorado State.

However, his team faces a significant challenge this time as they will have to win the game without star wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter, who sustained an injury in the last game.

Colorado is currently ranked 19th in the nation, while Oregon holds the 9th spot.

Oddsmakers are once again skeptical of Colorado’s chances according to ESPN, as they are considered nearly a three-touchdown underdog against Oregon.

The stage is set for what promises to be an intriguing matchup this weekend.
