The Cleveland Cavaliers did not expect their season to end the way that it did. On Tuesday night, the Cavs were eliminated from the playoffs by the Indiana Pacers 4-1 in their series despite coming as the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference.

Unfortunately for the Cavs, they lost all three of their home games and saw Tyrese Halliburton wave them off their home court.

After the game, a somber Donovan Mitchell was seen sitting alone in the Cavs’ arena.

While speaking to the media, Mitchell took responsibility for the team’s loss.

“This place is special. This place is really special. We let the city down. … I told you during the year we will be judged off this. There’s gonna be a lot of talk now. That’s what comes with it. So what are we gonna do about it next year?”
