Eight short months after signing the richest average per-year deal contract in the history of the NFL (five-year, $137.5 million), 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will have to watch the remaining 13 games of the 2018-2019 NFL season from the sidelines.
Garoppolo left Sunday’s game against the Chiefs in the fourth quarter after his left knee buckled in a run attempt, tearing his ACL. The worst part, for Jimmy G and Niners fans, is that Garoppolo was inches from the sideline and 99 times out of 100, you see the quarterback leisurely run out of bounds. Jimmy decided to plant, turn upfield, and absorb a hit. A hit that would cost him his entire season.

After the game, Garoppolo’s ex-girlfriend Alexandra King unnecessarily twisted the knife on the quarterback, writing “karma” in an Instagram story after he went down on Sunday.
The grave-dancing didn’t stop there. King took to Snapchat to share a text message exchange she had with her mother, who may be even more pleased that her daughter’s ex must undergo months of grueling rehabilitation before returning to his craft.
