The Cincinnati Bengals are not a great franchise, historically. The team has not won any Super Bowls and has only played in two of the fifty-six Super Bowls.
But, quarterback Joe Burrow is trying to turn that around. The 2020 first-overall pick in the NFL Draft has turned the team into a bona fide Super Bowl contender in just a few short years.
In fact, the Bengals did get as close to winning a Super Bowl as the franchise ever had last year. Cincinnati made a Cinderella run to the Super Bowl, only to fall to the Rams, 23-20, in dramatic fashion.
That meant that Burrow picked up three playoff wins in one year. And, on Sunday night, Cincinnati won again in the playoffs, as they beat the Baltimore Ravens 24-17.
Now, Burrow has made franchise history. But, the stat just looks bad on the Bengals more than anything else.
With his fourth playoff win, Joe Burrow has already broken the record for most playoff wins for the franchise. He breaks the record of three set by Boomer Esiason.
Joe Burrow, in his 3rd NFL season, now holds the Bengals franchise record for most career playoff wins.

Credit to the LSU product, but it says more about the Bengals than it does the quarterback.
Not mad about it, but shows lack of success historically more than anything

That means that the Bengals franchise record was not very high.

Still, Cincinnati fans have to be thrilled they seem to be set at quarterback for awhile with the 26-year-old.
And he’s just getting started

Of course, there’s always someone who doesn’t get it.
The Bengals will look to get Burrow’s fifth playoff win next week when they take on the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo.
