Former Marshall volleyball star Kayla Simmons is one of the most-followed former female athletes in the world on social media. And, you can probably guess why.
But, back in her day, she was quite the stud volleyball player at Marshall University, located in Huntingdon, West Virginia. Simmons was one of the main setters for all four years there, finishing with over 2000 career assists for the Conference USA program. The 5-foot-9-inch Gainesville, Florida native certain left her mark on Thundering Herd volleyball.
These days, she leaves her mark on social media, where she is incredibly popular. Kayla Simmons has 1 million followers on Instagram, and is closing in on that many on TikTok. She’s signed to Behave Agency, a marketing firm that works with big-time influencers to make them lots of cash.
While it’s unclear how much money Kayla Simmons makes from her social media career, as well as her account on a popular subscription service website, we can conclude that she’s making a lot given her follower counts.
