The NFL playoffs officially kicked off over the weekend, and it’s safe to say they didn’t disappoint (although the person who lost $1.4 million after the Jaguars staged a dramatic comeback would likely beg to differ).

That contest wasn’t the only game that featured some pretty drastic momentum swings, as the Dolphins were able to erase a 17-point deficit against the Bills before Buffalo ultimately punched its ticket to the next round by squeaking out a 34-31 win over Miami.

It’s safe to say plenty of Dolphins fans spent Sunday night staring at the ceiling wondering if things would’ve turned out differently if Tua Tagovailoa had been able to play. The Bills, on the other hand, reaped the benefits of being able to start Josh Allen under center (although the quarterback’s uncharacteristically spotty performance didn’t exactly inspire a ton of confidence heading into next week’s game against Cincinnati).

Allen threw two interceptions over the course of the showdown—including one that sparked a minor melee after the Buffalo QB got into it with Miami defensive end Christian Wilkins during the return.

Allen’s frustration undoubtedly played a role in the fairly disproportionate reaction he had to Wilkins blocking him about as nicely as an NFL player can. However, the situation didn’t really escalate until Bills center Mitch Morse stepped in to defend his quarterback.

After the contest, the Bills star voiced his love for his teammate while thanking the big man for stepping up. Morse’s wife Caitlin also appeared to appreciate the gesture, as she had the perfect reaction after a video of the altercation made the rounds on Twitter.
