For me, one of the best, most amazing things to happen in 2019 so far has to be O.J. Simpson joining Twitter.
I mean, this man is so delusional that he truly thinks there are people out there who want to know what he’s thinking and doing at any given moment. (Sorry, if you actually are one of those people, but you may want to re-evaluate things if so.)
Like I said, though, I love it. Where else can you get the kind of high-quality internet entertainment that comes with the dozens upon dozens of hilarious responses The Juice has received on topics like fantasy football and Colin Kaepernick?
Howard Stern has got it all wrong. O.J. shouldn’t be banned from Twitter, him being on Twitter is pure gold.
For proof, all you need to do is watch The Juice’s latest hot take Twitter video about Melvin Gordon and Ezekiel Elliott holding out for more money. Heck, he even threw in some advice for the Democratic Presidential candidates, which I’m sure they all will be reviewing today.
“As far as Ezekiel is concerned, this guy has outperformed his rookie contract,” Simpson explained. “Jerry Jones, let’s face it, with him you’re a playoff, Super Bowl-caliber team. Without him, you may not even make the playoffs.
“Now I kind of understand the situation with Gordon, because he misses games, plus they have this guy Ekeler, this guy Jackson, some pretty good backups, but Mr. Spanos, when this guy is on the field playing, he’s one of the best in the game. I think you can probably do an incentive-based contract… or something. I just know this. This is not the kind of guy you can afford to have miss training camp, because I guarantee you, he will get hurt.
“Hey look, this is what running backs have to look forard to in their future. They have the shortest careers, the shortest position careers in the NFL, and we may be limping the rest of our life. So, pay these guys!”
