NFL teams have been reaching out to the Tennessee Titans about potential trades for several players.

According to reports by The Athletic’s Dianna Russini, the Titans have received numerous calls about Pro-Bowl Safety Kevin Byard and for their first-round pick from 2022, wide receiver Treylon Burks.

Byard has been the center of attention, with several teams inquiring about his availability. Burks has drawn interest from one team, though it seems unlikely that the Titans will part ways with their young receiver.

Russini also added that All-Pro running back Derrick Henry hasn’t generated substantial interest from other NFL teams.

It’s been a rough start for the Titans this season, with a 2-4 record and the recent injury to quarterback Ryan Tannehill. As the trade deadline approaches, it might be wise for the Titans to consider becoming sellers.

The Titans are currently in need of draft capital and have been fielding inquiries about other players as well. With very few 2024 draft picks in hand, the team seems headed toward a rebuilding phase, especially since they lack selections in the 3rd, 5th, and 6th rounds.

Treylon Burks showed potential last season despite limited playing time due to injuries with 33 catches for 444 yard, but this season, his performance has been lackluster, with just 6 catches for 99 yards in three games.

Kevin Byard has been a topic of trade rumors for a while. As the two-time All-Pro has been an interceptions magnet in his career. Plenty of teams could use him, including the Eagles, who are reportedly eyeing possible trades to help their safety position.
