The infamous ‘Tush-Push’ play, dubbed the “Brotherly Shove” by Eagles fans, is going to be looked at.

Dianna Russini of the Athletic says that the NFL competition committee will explain the play after certain concerns in the league office. Apparently, some higher-ups aren’t thrilled about the way it looks, deeming it somewhat “ugly.” Their main gripe? They think the play is capitalizing on a rule that allows pushing but not pulling.

This move has sparked heated debates across the league. Despite the skepticism, many voices seem to rally behind the ‘Tush-Push.’, Russini revealed that there’s still support for keeping the play in action.

The ‘Tush-Push’ play is when the entire offense lines up close to the QB to push him on 3rd or 4th and short to get a first down or a touchdown.

NFL fans are split on the play as well, a lot are against it because they feel it isn’t fair and “unstoppable.” – But it seems only the Eagles aren’t stoppable when executing it. Other NFL teams don’t have nearly as much success.
