Eminem hasn’t rapped about his past relationship with Mariah Carey in a decade, but that all came crashing down as Slim Shady fired shots at the singer and fellow rapper Nick Cannon in a new Fat Joe track.

Fat Joe released his new Family Ties album on Friday that is produced by Cool & Dre and Hitmaka. The collaborative LP features Cardi B, Mary J. Blige, Lil Wayne, Jeremih, Bryson Tiller, Anuel AA, Remy Ma, Ty Dolla $ign, and Eminem. But it is Em’s track that is getting heat this week because it reignites his longstanding feud with Mariah Carey.

Fat Joe called Lord Above, which features Eminem and Mary J. Blige, “the most disrespectful song” in an interview with Sway on Shade 45.

“Shout out to Eminem, Shade 45!” Fat Joe said. “You know that boy on the album. Marshy!”

“I’ma give you one line Eminem says on the song,” Fat Joe continued. “The most disrespectful song. Eminem has not rhymed like this in years. He said he’s a ‘unicorn in the human form!”

“The illest line that he said that’s stuck in my head was ‘I’m just a cracker with a barrel, armed to the T, Anderson .Paak, rest in peace Afeni Shakur and her son Pac.’ Crazy! This boy going too crazy!”

Eminem and Mariah Carey have been feuding since 2002, but the two massive music stars seemed to have called a truce since the war of words seemed to have stopped in 2009. Eminem has rekindled the squabble with new insults at Carey and her ex-husband Nick Cannon with a verbal barrage.

On the new Fat Joe collabo Lord Above track, the Detroit rapper takes aim at Cannon and MC.

“Word to the Terror Squad, Joe, this is all puns aside though. I know me and Mariah didn’t end on a high note,” Em rapped. “But that other dude’s whipped, that p*ssy got him neutered.”

“Tried to tell him this chick’s a nut job before he got his jewels clipped,” Slim said on the track. “Almost got my caboose kicked? Fool, quit. You not gonna do sh*t. I let her chop my balls off too ‘fore I lost to you, Nick.”

Marshall Mathers may have been set off from a Nick Cannon interview on T.I.’s ExpediTIously podcast from September.

“Think about it…I think we was flying on a jet from Africa or somewhere. And this motherf*cker drops a song talking sh*t,” Cannon said of Eminem and his The Warning diss track about his then-wife Mariah Carey.

“Calling [Carey] all types of bitches and hoes, I’m like, ‘This my wife. My new wife,'” Cannon said.

“I went looking for him, I called managers,” Cannon said on the hip-hop podcast. “I gotta show my wife I’m a man…I said, ‘I know I’m not gonna be able to out rap you, but I will whoop your ass.’ Those were the exact words at the time. Cooler heads prevailed.”

Cannon invited Eminem to appear on his Wild ‘N Out TV show and “have some fun” with the rap beef, an invitation he also made in a 2016 tweet.
