Here Are The Keto Diet Foods That Jenna Jameson Swears By And Helped Her Lose 80 Pounds

Jenna Jameson lost 80 pounds by going on ketogenic diet, former film star shared her favorite keto foods that helped her lose the weight.

We’ve seen the inspiring body transformation that Jenna Jameson has made in a year. Jameson has lost 80 pounds by subscribing to the keto diet and by staying sober. Jameson shared what keto foods help her shed the excess weight.

After giving birth to her third child last year, Jameson gained baby weight and struggled to lose the lbs. At one point, the former adult star weighed 205 pounds, but she is all the way down to 125 pounds, the weight that she feels healthiest at.

The 45-year-old Jameson flaunted her new figure in a blue bathing suit on Saturday.

In an Instagram post from last week, Jenna shared a before-and-after photo and wrote: “I’m so thankful to #keto for giving me my life back!”

She then provided a link to a list of keto foods available on Amazon that she swears by. That means low carbs, little to no sugar and high fat and high protein. “It’s super helpful when it comes to figuring out snacks and secrets to staying in ketosis,” Jameson said.
