As if swooning Kate Beckinsale wasn’t a great enough achievement, Pete Davidson did it while living in his mother’s basement.

That’s not hyperbole, the dude literally lives under his mother.

The 25-year-old comedian appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night and spoke about his unique living situation:

“So I live with my mom… well we bought a house together, but nobody believes that. So I live with my mom, kinda.”

He continued: “So I have, like, a basement that’s mine, but that’s, like, an apartment, so I live underneath her.” He also installed an arcade down there to make it, and I quote, “a little mine.” “I was calling it The Man Cave, but the Mulaneys told me that if I call it that they will no longer be my friend,” he added, “So, now I call it The Basement like The Ohio State University. I don’t like that college. It’s the ‘the’ that’s the important part.”

Real estate records obtained by Page Six reveal that Davidson and his mom paid $4.5 million for their Staten Island home, which features four bedrooms and four full baths.

Realtor.com has photos of the very Staten Island property that could also double as a funeral home.

I’m not saying my apartment’s anything to gush over, but $4.5 mill for this? Dubious.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
