High School Principal Fired After Appearing In Booty Shaking Trey Songz Video

A schoolboard in Southhampton, Long Island completely overreacted last month, firing a high school principal for appearing in a Trey Songz video.

Esther Adler-O’Keefe plays a parent or homeowner or guardian (it’s unclear), who tells rapper JR to be on his best behavior while she’s out of town. Adler-O’Keefe and her husband leave their house and JR, along with friend Trey Songz, throws a booty-shaking twerkfest.

The principal does no booty shaking whatsoever (disappointing!), but nonetheless was fired.

O’Keefe said she was unaware of the video’s content when she agreed to participate. Which, maybe. The song is called ‘Best Friends.’ The school board still didn’t care.

“The video in question showcases behaviors and language use that is not promoted by the Southampton School District,” Superintendent Dr. Scott Farina said [to the Southhampton Press] in an email. “In fact, we actively teach our students the importance of good character and making smart choices. Additionally, this is not representative of who we are as a district, nor of our students and staff.”

Cold man. That’s a chill ass principal the kids would listen to. Can’t believe you gave her the ax.
